Registering as a participant in the conference is free, easy, and beneficial. You will be able to contribute to the discussions on the conference papers. Without registration, you can only read comments, and cannot add your own. You can also make use of the many features of our discussion software such as:

Notification by email whenever a new message is posted throughout the conference, or notification when a new message is posted to a particular discussion thread you are following.

Regular newsletters throughout the conference. These will bring your attention to new developments, interesting discussion threads, hints on using the conference software, and more.

Notification by email when new comments are added to the discussions after the conference is officially closed on November 30th, 2000, and news of any conference follow-up developments.

Privacy Statement
This conference web site does not use automated "cookies," and therefore we cannot identify computer addresses of individual users of the conference. We collect information from our users only in this registration process, when you choose to fill out the registration information. We will never share, rent, or sell this personal information to any other organization.

We may use the information you voluntarily provide to contact you in the future. However, contact will be only about specific information related to traffic safety: for example, an announcement of the publication of these conference proceedings. These future email notices will be extremely infrequent, likely only 1 or 2 times per year.
